We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After Your Inspection

We will identify any major issues that need to be addressed immediately and will also note those that should be added to a future project list. This information will be clearly detailed in our user-friendly Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format.
