Meet Terry Redel
InterNACHI Certified Inspector
NACHI24081816

I have been in the homebuilding and construction industry for approximately 40 years. For the past 20 years, I have served as the General Contractor and Carpenter for my own construction company in Junction City, KS.

Since 2008, I have built custom homes, including my own, as well as renovated many, in the Junction City, KS area, including Manhattan, Chapman, Abilene, & Clay Center. I’ve worked on projects ranging from fences, decks, and screened-in porches to kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, and other home improvement projects. In 2017, my company was even selected to feature in three episodes of “You Can’t Turn That Into A House.” It was a unique experience where we transformed a chicken coop, a semi-trailer, and even a dumpster into livable spaces! The episodes are available to view on YouTube!

When I’m not working during the summer months, you’ll often find me coaching my son’s Junction City Junior Baseball Association’s Little League baseball team. We are also members of the Church of Christ in Junction City, KS.

Although I’m originally from the Omaha area, I’ve proudly called Junction City, Kansas home since 2007, where I established myself as a local home inspector. My wife, a Junction City native, brings her expertise from 18 years at Central National Bank to our family business, where she helps manage all office operations since becoming a stay-at-home mom.

As I’ve grown older, I’ve decided to utilize my years of construction knowledge to assist people through home inspections. I believe I can be a valuable asset in this field, and I am confident in my ability to inform home buyers, sellers, and real estate agents of any significant issues that may arise during the home-buying or selling process.

My extensive experience has kept me up to date with current codes and compliance regulations. I understand that buying a home is one of the most important and stressful decisions we make in life. I look forward to helping current and future homeowners make informed decisions regarding this significant purchase.
