About Your Home Inspector

You‘re not just buying a home inspection – you’re buying years of experience.

Meet Terry Redel
InterNACHI Certified Inspector
NACHI24081816

I have been in the home building and construction industry for about 40 years. For the past 20 years, I have served as the General Contractor and Carpenter for my own construction company in Junction City, KS.

Throughout my career, I have built several custom homes, including my own. Since 2008, I have renovated many homes in the Junction City area, taking on a variety of projects such as fences, decks, screened-in porches, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, and much more. In 2017, my company was even selected to feature in three episodes of “You Can’t Turn That Into A House.” It was certainly a unique experience where we transformed a chicken coop, a semi-trailer, and even a dumpster into livable spaces! The episodes are available to view on YouTube!

When I’m not working during the summer months, you’ll often find me coaching my son’s Junction City Junior Baseball Association’s Little League baseball team. We are also members of the Church of Christ in Junction City.

Although I’m originally from the Omaha area, I’ve proudly called Junction City home since 2007, establishing myself as a local home inspector. My wife, a Junction City native, brings her expertise from 18 years at Central National Bank to our family business, where she helps manage all office operations since becoming a stay-at-home mom.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve decided to leverage my years of construction knowledge to help people through home inspections. I believe I can be a valuable asset in this field, and I am confident in my ability to inform both buyers and sellers of any significant issues that may arise during the process of buying or selling a home.

My extensive experience has kept me up-to-date with current codes and compliance regulations. I understand that buying a home is one of the most important and stressful decisions we make in life. I look forward to helping current and future homeowners make informed decisions regarding this significant purchase.
